Josh Steinfurth

23-years-old

Josh’s deep love for his Lord and Savior was evident to all, as he never hesitated to share his faith with others.

Hometown: ,
Birthplace: Lennox, SD

Josh grew up in Lennox, attending Lennox Public Schools, and he proudly graduated from Lennox High School in 2015. His journey into the working world began as a ride-along for Farner-Bockman, and later he found himself in the bustling warehouse of the South Dakota Furniture Mart. However, it was his career with Beal Distributing in Sioux Falls that truly ignited his passion. As a Budweiser route driver, Josh served the Brookings area, forging lasting friendships with both his customers and fellow employees.

A devoted member of the Second Reformed Church in Lennox, Josh had been actively involved in the youth group during his formative years. Recently, he had found solace in his attendance at Central Church in Sioux Falls. His deep love for his Lord and Savior was evident to all, as he never hesitated to share his faith with others. Josh’s enthusiasm for life extended beyond his spiritual devotion. He found joy in fishing, a hobby he pursued with great fervor, even purchasing a boat. An avid duck hunter, he also delighted in the challenges of archery and rifle deer hunting.

Josh possessed a daring spirit and thrived on the adrenaline rush of driving enduro race cars. His skill behind the wheel led him to compete in various competitions, where he often achieved commendable placements in LuVern, Rock Rapids, and Parker. Nature beckoned to him, and he reveled in the great outdoors. Camping trips became treasured moments, filled with laughter and warmth around the campfire, surrounded by beloved family and friends. Yet, above all else, Josh’s heart belonged to his family.

Josh will forever be remembered as a dedicated son, brother, and friend. His unwavering love for his family knew no bounds. His presence brought a sense of joy and comfort to those fortunate enough to share his company. All those who knew him cherish the moments they spent with Josh and honor his legacy of passion, faith, and love.
